Delivery Terms

we use various companies i.e., Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, DPD etc…. For any shipping needs.

Change of Address

Please note; that once an order is dispatched we cannot change the delivery address so please
ensure that you have provided the correct details for the delivery of your gift or goods bought.

If an order is still being processed, you can either email or phone to change the details of the
delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Before an order is dispatched, we can accept a cancellation, if an order has already been shipped you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery once it reaches your door. The full shipping cost will be needed before any refund can be issued. Refunds take between 3 to 5 working days and are sent back via your payment method.
