Delivery Terms

Please note; that once an order is dispatched we cannot change the delivery address so please
ensure that you have provided the correct details for the delivery of your gift or goods bought.

If an order is still being processed, you can either email or phone to change the details of the
delivery address.

Damaged in Transit

if you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit (if possible) refuse to accept this delivery
from the driver and let us know. If the parcel is delivered without you being present, please contact
our customer service department as soon as you are aware of this issue.

Undelivered \ Unclaimed:

it is not our policy to accept responsibility for any parcels that are refused (except for damaged
items), unclaimed, or undeliverable due to inaccurate or partial address.

Separate Packages

In certain instances, orders may be split into separate packages due to the following reason:
an item may have been out of stock.
Weight restrictions from couriers.

Cancellation / loss:

Any goods exception: “damage in transit” and shipping costs will be charged for any fund issued.
Please note refunds can take 3 to 5 working days and longer if there is a bank holiday.
